After harvest, the grapes are fermented in open tanks, with the pulp regularly pumped over. The wine then undergoes extensive maceration on the skins. Finally, the wine matures for twelve months in oak barrels, 75 percent French oak and 25 percent American oak. The result is absolutely stunning!
