Delivery costs
If you spend at least €100 (minus all discounts), we'll deliver your order to your home free of charge, minus any discount. Should you prefer to order slightly less, we'll charge a small contribution towards the shipping costs. We use a sliding scale for shipping costs:
Free shipping on orders over €100
PostNL delivers between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. After receiving an email confirming your package has been shipped, you can see when the driver will arrive to deliver it. Packages are shipped with an age check. Please have your ID ready when the driver arrives to deliver. Packages cannot be delivered to persons under 18 years of age and cannot be left in the garden or parcel box. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package will be taken to a collection point. You can collect it there for 7 days. After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse. However, we will unfortunately have to charge new shipping costs to resend your shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order and your package is already in transit to one of our carriers, you will be charged for the transport. The return costs are €9.99 per package for the Netherlands, and €13.99 per package for Belgium. If you refuse the order at the door and it is returned to us, you will also be charged additional costs for reshipping the package(s). The return or reshipment costs to PostNL are €9.99 per package, and €13.99 per package for Belgium.
How do we package your order?
Your order is prepared for shipment with great care, using special shipping boxes. These boxes are specifically designed to minimize damage during transport. We pack up to 12 bottles in a single box to ensure our Free Delivery service for orders over €100 with PostNL. We pay per parcel, which is why we are forced to use boxes of up to 12 bottles.
Delivery in Belgium
We deliver to private individuals only in Belgium . We hold a license for this country: Distance Selling-Excise Duty-Antwerp Substation D-Maco Customs Service Belgium Bv-Excise License FVA026-Tax-tbv Perfectewijn BV. However, we do charge an additional excise duty of €1.00 per bottle for sparkling wines delivered within Belgium. This duty is stated on the invoice.
Pick up at Perfectewijn in Tilburg
Would you like to visit perfectewijn.nl or pick up your online order? You can! We have a Pick-Up Point at Calenwiel 1B-C, Berkel-Enschot, Tilburg! The Pick-Up Point is open 5 days a week. The Pick-Up Point for your online order is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Have you seen a wine in our webshop and would you like to pick it up? Simply order it online in advance and select Pick-Up Point Tilburg. We'll make sure it's ready for you as soon as possible. Because we don't have all wines in stock at our Berkel-Enschot address, you can pick it up at our address in Berkel-Enschot after receiving the "your order is ready" email. We're happy to give you wine advice by phone.
To avoid disappointment, always inquire about whether we have the wine you're looking for in stock in Berkel-Enschot. You can reach the Pick-Up Point at the email address and phone number below. We don't have our entire selection in stock in Berkel-Enschot. If you place an order through our website, some wines may need to be transported from our external warehouse.
