Do I need to create an account?
Short answer: no.
When you order, you can manually enter your shipping information and contact details during the last step of checkout.
Do you want an account? It's easy to set up. We offer three options:
- Enter your email address and receive a one-time login code for your account. No password needed!
- Use your existing Google Account. Log in once with your Google Account and use this information to shop easily and securely.
- Shopify offers the Shop option that allows you to log in to all Shopify stores with the same credentials.
If you don't have time but still want to find your orders later or receive an extra discount through the newsletter, no problem! Sign up later and all your order information will still be accessible.
How do I order?
Step 1: Select wine
For each product, you can select the desired number of bottles from a dropdown menu. Most wines can be ordered individually, while some are only available in cases of 6. Discounts and offers, such as the 11+1 free promotion, are automatically applied at checkout or after entering a discount code.
Step 2: View shopping cart
After selecting the quantity, the product will be added to your shopping cart. This shopping cart can always be found in the top right corner of the homepage. Here you can:
- Continue shopping
- Pay directly
- View and adjust the order
- Add a comment to your order
Step 3: Enter data
Don't have an account yet? Enter your email address and the rest of your information to complete your order. You can also create an account to checkout more quickly on future orders. You can also enter your company name here.
Already have an account but aren't logged in? Log in first to have your information filled in automatically and complete your order faster.
Already logged in? Your information will be filled in automatically, and you can proceed directly to completing your order.
Step 4: Choose shipping method
Select your preferred shipping method:
- Home delivery
- Pick up at a PostNL point (parcel remains available for 7 days) You can select a PostNL point near you here.
- Pick up at Perfecte Wijn in Berkel-Enschot (municipality of Tilburg) Open during the week between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
⚠️ Age verification: Due to the legally required age verification, the delivery person is not allowed to deliver the wine to neighbors or leave it at another location.
Step 5: Choose payment method
You choose one of the following payment methods:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- iDEAL
- Credit card
- PayPal
If desired, you can specify a different billing address.
Step 6: Complete payment
After selecting a payment method, you can enter a different billing address if needed. You'll then be redirected to the payment environment of your chosen provider. Here, you can complete the payment according to the payment provider's instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, you'll automatically return to the Perfecte Wijn confirmation page.
Step 7: Confirmation and Shipping
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email with an overview of your order.
How can I cancel an order?
Want to cancel your order after payment? This can happen, and we're happy to help. Send us an email as soon as possible or call us at 013-5909350.
If your package hasn't yet been presented to the carrier, we can process the cancellation immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you will be charged a return shipping fee. You can find the exact costs on our Delivery page.
I have a (Cork) complaint
Do you have a complaint about the taste of a bottle of wine you purchased? Please contact us so we can properly assess your complaint and find a solution together.
Taste complaints can only be considered if the wine was purchased from us less than two months ago . After this period, the quality of the wine may be affected by external factors such as sunlight, temperature fluctuations, or humidity.
In addition, the following conditions apply:
- The bottle must not have been opened more than two days ago .
- Please keep the incorrect bottle so we can assess the wine if necessary.
A complaint about the taste does not, of course, affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Do you want to return a wine for another reason? Please refer to the relevant question in this FAQ for more information about returns.
Can I order from Belgium?
Yes, you can easily order from Belgium and have your wine delivered there. We have a distance selling license under the name " Distance Selling-Accused-Hulpkantoor Antwerp D-Maco Customs Service Belgium Bv-Excise License FVA026-Tax-tbv Perfectewijn BV ." This means we can only deliver to private individuals in Belgium.
Please note: Due to specific excise duties, the surcharge for sparkling wines is automatically added to the price when you access the website from Belgium or enter a Belgian address.
Which harvest year will I receive?
The wines on our site indicate their vintage, unless it is a wine without a fixed harvest year, such as many Champagnes where different vintages are blended.
We supply over 5,000 different wines and work with reliable importers. Sometimes, our importers may send us a different vintage than the one listed. If we expect the quality to be noticeably different, we'll contact you beforehand. If the subsequent vintage doesn't differ in price or quality, we'll automatically supply this new vintage.
Would you like to receive only a specific vintage? Please indicate this in the comments section of your order, or contact us before placing your order. We will then check if we have sufficient stock for that vintage.
In rare cases, something can go wrong, for example, if a vintage is unexpectedly unavailable. We always ensure this is resolved in consultation with you. If, after receiving the wine, you are not satisfied with the vintage, you can, of course, return the wine.
How do I find my favorite wine?
You can easily find your favorite wine using the search function or the menu.
Search field – Enter a search term in the bar at the top of the homepage. Even if you don't know the exact name, you'll receive suggestions that match your search.
Menu structure – Hover your mouse over a category, such as Red Wine , in the menu bar. You'll then see various subcategories. Click on a category and refine your selection using the filters on the left.

Is ordering from Perfectewijn.nl safe?
At PerfecteWijn.nl, your privacy and security are our top priorities. Our website is always up-to-date and fully secure, so you can order with peace of mind.
We are also affiliated with Thuiswinkel Waarborg , which means you can shop safely and reliably with us.
We only use trusted payment methods like iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This ensures a secure transaction.
What are the shipping costs?
You can find current shipping costs on our Delivery page . This page contains all the information about shipping rates, free shipping, and any additional costs for specific delivery options.
General:
- Orders under €100 pay €9.95.
- Above €100 shipping is always free.
- Pick-up from us in Berkel-Enschot is always free.
- Larger orders can be shipped custom-made, please contact us for this.
What if my order is damaged or missing?
We ship all our packages in special shipping boxes to minimize damage. Should any damage occur during transport, we will file a claim with PostNL. This way, you can always be assured that your order will be delivered undamaged and in good condition.
Damaged order
If you discover damage to your package, please email our customer service as soon as possible with clear photos of the damage. We will process your complaint immediately and provide a suitable solution.
Missing order
Although it's rare, a package can go missing. In that case, please contact our customer service immediately. We'll get right on it and find a solution.
What does the carrier do if I am not at home when the order is delivered?
PostNL will deliver your package according to the Track & Trace code you received. You can adjust the delivery time using this code or the PostNL app.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the package will be left at a PostNL collection point. You then have 7 days to collect it. After that, the package will be returned to Perfecte Wijn. Please note: there will be an additional charge for resending the wine.

When will my wine be delivered?
If you order before 4pm, your wine will usually be shipped the same business day.
If this is not the case, it will be clearly stated with the wine.
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you'll receive a Track & Trace code by email. From 10:00 PM onwards, you can use the Track & Trace to see when your order will be delivered the next business day.
When we hand over the packages to PostNL, they are usually delivered to your home the next day.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated with the product.
Discount on larger quantities?
We offer volume discounts starting at 10 cases (60 bottles) . For these regular large orders, please contact us by email or phone so we can prepare a suitable quote. We have separate pricing agreements for hospitality and other large corporate customers. More information can be found on our Corporate Customers page .
In addition, we have regular offers:
- 5+1 promotion – Buy 5 bottles and get the 6th one free.
- 11+1 promotion – Buy 11 bottles and get the 12th one free.
- Quantity discount - The discount increases as you order more of the same bottle.
The product itself indicates whether a promotion applies.
How do I get a discount code for Perfect Wine?
At Perfecte Wijn you can receive a discount code in the following ways:
- Newsletter subscription : Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a personal discount code for 5% off. This code is valid for one month and can be used once.
- Placed an order? As a thank you, you'll receive a personal discount code after placing your order. This code is valid for one time and three months. You'll receive a new code after each order.
Terms and conditions for discount codes
- Discount codes are not valid on items that already have a discount applied to them.
- Combining a discount code with a gift card is permitted.
You can't currently find any discount codes on external websites. We strive to always offer the best prices on all our wines.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code in the appropriate field at checkout. The discount will be applied immediately.
I don't see the wine I want on the website, what now?
Over the years, we've built strong relationships with various wine buyers and importers. This allows us to offer you a selection of wines not listed on our website, in addition to the 5,000+ wines we have on our website.
Please contact us using the contact form below with the wine you'd like to purchase. We can't guarantee availability, but we'll do our best to add it to our selection.
Do you also provide advice for my wine list?
We are happy to help you compile or supplement your wine list.
In addition to the best price-quality recommendations, we can help with specific wine and food pairing questions.
This way you are always assured of the tastiest wines with your menu.
Are there special Horeca wines?
We have a special hospitality selection composed of wines from various importers. These wines are only available upon request.
These wines are perfect as house wines or as a complementary addition to your wine list. There's no minimum order for most wines.

Invoicing and VAT
All our prices shown include 21% VAT . Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive a digital invoice detailing the VAT, along with your order confirmation. If you would like a company name or other information on the invoice, please contact us.
Do I need to register separately as a Catering or Business?
No, this isn't necessary. You can log in with your (business) email address and find all your orders that way.
