Winemaker Nicole Walsh is responsible for the Lapis Luna wine. She has also impressed with this Cabernet Sauvignon. A pure, high-quality wine, where natural conditions are optimally utilized. After the respectful harvest and fermentation, the juice is aged in oak. For 10 months, the juice matures in a mix of new and used French oak. This gives Lapis Luna Cabernet Sauvignon Lodi depth while maintaining its velvety character. This Lodi wine surprises in both aroma and taste. Think of rich, dark fruit like ripe plums. A subtle hint of spice is also easily discernible. Combined with soft blueberries and ripe cherries, the flavor of Lapis Luna Cabernet Sauvignon Lodi is perfect.
