Viticcio: Masterful craftsmanship since 1964

Nestled in the picturesque Tuscan hills of Greve in Chianti, Viticcio has captured the essence of Chianti Classico since 1964. Viticcio's wines quickly became known for their authentic expression of the Tuscan terroir. With 120 hectares spread across Chianti Classico and Maremma, the Biba family continues the tradition, passionate and dedicated to producing wines that are both classic and innovative. The blend? A harmonious mix of 90% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot, and 5% Syrah. These grapes, carefully harvested from vineyards at altitudes between 200 and 400 meters, undergo rigorous selection. After aging for 15 months in barriques and another 8 months in Slavonian oak barrels, the result is simply stunning.
