The Radacini winery is located in the perhaps still relatively unknown wine country of Moldova. They have 1,000 hectares of vineyards spread across three estates. The grapes are grown in the Stefan Voda region, one of the areas where Radacini has vineyards. It's a warm region, with the Black Sea playing a significant role. Primarily red grape varieties are planted here. The grapes are carefully harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, and both wines are aged for six months in French oak barrels. Finally, the wines are blended and bottled.
