The grapes are grown in the Codru region, where the vines are deeply rooted in the nutrient-rich soil. Once the grapes reach peak ripeness, they are harvested entirely by hand. The climate ensures even ripening and gives the grapes their elegant structure. The grapes are vinified separately and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. Nothing is left to chance, and every process is closely monitored. After the necessary rest, the wines are blended and bottled.
With a ruby red color, the Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot emerges in the glass. The nose is complex yet elegant. A beautiful combination of what these two grapes bring out in each other. Aromas of cherry and blackberry are clearly present, along with subtle notes of spice and a touch of chocolate. The palate is versatile and rich. A smooth wine with a distinct character. The soft tannins lead you to a long finish.
