Founded in 1858, Marques de Riscal is the oldest winery still operating. Throughout its 150-year history, the winery has had access to some of the finest vineyards Rioja has to offer. Marques de Riscal Arienzo Crianza is made from three grape varieties: Tempranillo, Mazuelo, and Graciano. The grapes for this wine are grown in vineyards located in the villages of Laguardia and Elciego, in Rioja Alavesa, a province in the north of the Rioja region. The vineyards are situated in the most beautiful locations, perfectly positioned towards the sun, allowing the grapes for Marques de Riscal Arienzo Crianza to ripen beautifully.
