All its beautiful qualities are revealed, provided you decant it an hour beforehand, as this is essential. After being hand-harvested, this Jackson Estate Hawkeye Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for an impressive 36 months in oak barrels. The aroma offers a broad bouquet of black fruit such as blackberries, cherries, and plums, as well as notes of vanilla, tobacco, cedar, coffee, licorice, and much more. All this is reflected in the taste: it's powerful and ripe with a very thick bouquet!
