This sparkling wine is often mentioned in the same breath as the aforementioned bubbles, as the quality of Cava is now world-class. Cava is produced in the Catalonia and Penedes regions. Cava regulations have become increasingly strict in recent years, which has resulted in a dramatic increase in quality. Our latest offering is Zeta Cava, a pleasant glass of Spanish bubbly that makes the sun shine spontaneously.

A Spanish sparkling wine

Zeta Cava was founded in 2005 by a group of friends. They wanted a premium Cava to celebrate special occasions together. In just 15 years, their Cava has become a welcome guest at many birthdays, drinks receptions, and other occasions for toasting. The Zeta Cava Brut Reserva is elegant and delicate. It is made from four local grape varieties: Xarel-lo, Parrellada, Macabeo, and Viura. Just like champagne, the Métho Traditionelle is used. This allows the Cava to undergo its second fermentation in the bottle, making this sparkling wine so incredibly delicious.

Zeta Cava Brut Reserva matures for a full 18 months before the bottles are allowed to leave the cellars. It takes some time, but you get a tremendous amount in return.
