Ogier Winery operates not only in its hometown of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, but also boasts beautiful vineyards in Gigondas, coincidentally the birthplace of the successful Ogier Gigondas Les Dentelles.

The Rhone wines from France

The Cotes du Rhone boasts a wealth of wine regions. Along the banks of the mighty, meandering Rhône River, you'll find a wide variety of wine regions. The French wines of Ogier

Ogier Winery is an illustrious force in the Cotes du Rhone. In a relatively short time, it has established a strong position in this wine region. It all starts with the vineyards, as Ogier owns a whopping 3,200 hectares, a vast area. Ogier considers Châteaueuf du Pape its home base, but also successfully produces wines in Gigondas. It's no coincidence that the crown jewel, Ogier Gigondas Les Dentelles, also originates from there: a perfect red wine that perfectly embodies the character of the Cotes du Rhone.

Okay, we're a bit biased. One of our vinologist's favorite wines is the Gigondas. However, he does keep a close eye on quality, as there are many varieties available. This Ogier Gigondas Les Dentelles features a classic GSM combination: Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Aging it in wood for 12 months gives the wine a unique flavor palette, which our vinologist is very impressed with. Ogier Gigondas Les Dentelles is intense and robust, yet with a light, refreshing note. From the first sip, you'll recognize cherries and blackberries. The flavor intensifies by the third sip. On the third sip, Ogier Gigondas Les Dentelles truly comes into its own: plump plums, firm, ripe fruit, and intense spice. A delicious autumn wine.
