The Langmeil Three Gardens is a true regional blend of three varietals that have thrived in the Barossa region for 150 years. The wine produced from this three-varietal blend is particularly rich because of the complementary qualities each varietal brings.

The ideal climate for perfect ripeness

Langmeil was founded in 1996 by three friends. They completely restored the old winery, which had been located on the estate since 1930. The goal of Langmeil Winery is to produce top-quality wines from grape varieties that excel in the Barossa region. The Barossa Valley in South Australia is currently the most important wine-producing region, producing more than half of Australia's wines. The climate is very hot and dry, so the winemakers work diligently to ensure the grapes reach perfect ripeness. This intense heat is especially ideal for Shiraz grapes! This powerful red wine from Australia is a blend of Grenacha, Monastrell, and Syrah grapes. After harvest, the grapes reach the press house as quickly as possible. Here, they are sorted and carefully pressed. Fermentation then follows in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Afterward, the Three Gardens SGM Barossa Valley is aged for another twelve months in French and American oak barrels.

The Langmeil Three Gardens SGM Barossa Valley is a premium red wine. It presents a wonderfully dense, purple color. With aromas of tobacco, plum, and blackcurrant. And as if that weren't enough, we also detect vanilla and oriental spices. The wine has a velvety texture. The Three Gardens SGM Barossa Valley is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. On the finish, this red wine from the South Australian wine region finally impresses with considerable length. There are again hints of black cherry and plum.
