La Braccesca Winery is a remarkable expanse of 340 hectares of vineyards. Since 1990, this estate has been the pride of the renowned Antinori family. With vineyards in both Montepulciano and Cortona, La Braccesca is able to present a diverse range of wines, including the acclaimed La Braccesca Bramasole. Cortona, where La Braccesca Bramasole flourishes, is truly blessed: optimal soil structure, the warmth of the sun, and the cooling influences of nearby Lake Trasimeno create the ideal conditions for the Syrah grape to flourish.

The Careful Creation of La Braccesca Bramasole Cortona Syrah

Each La Braccesca Bramasole grape is harvested at perfect ripeness, with hands that convey both love and expertise. In the winery, the grapes are processed with precision: gently destemmed, gently pressed, and then transferred to stainless steel tanks. Temperature plays a crucial role in preserving aromas; initially kept low, then raised to 28 degrees Celsius to achieve the desired tannins and color. La Braccesca Bramasole is aged in old barriques for 18 months, followed by a further 14 months in the bottle to refine its characteristic flavor.
