Hermon Mount Moscato

This Moscato Hermon Mount from Israel has been a long time in the making, but thankfully, it's finally here. We had already tasted this wine in Israel, but it was a test run. This test was so incredibly good that they decided to put Moscato wine into production. This lightly sparkling wine is made from Muscat Canelli and is harvested very early. By using cool conditions during fermentation, a soft mousse develops. This gives it its own unique style and lovely light bubbles. The aroma reveals a bouquet of lychee, lime, lemon, pear, and tropical fruit, along with flowers and spices. The taste is soft and slightly fruity with a pleasant sweetness, abundant fruit notes of yellow and tropical fruit.
