We don't often see white wines from Châteauneuf du Pape. And that's precisely what makes this one so unique. It's elegant and has wonderful aromas that beautifully reflect the terroir. It has developed a beautiful and soft structure that's perfectly balanced with the mineral notes. The wonderful aromas of this rare wine add extra power to the beautiful flavor profile.
Excellent wines from the Perrin Family
For over a century, the Perrin family has been incredibly successful. They now own 400 hectares of vineyards in the southern Rhône Valley. They began organic farming in 1953 and biodynamic farming in 1970. Today, two generations of the family are still active in the business, always working with a philosophy of excellence and the highest possible quality. They own 325 hectares of vineyards. They have acquired several plots in the southern Rhône. Today, they operate in the Côtes du Rhône Villages, Vinsobres, Cairanne, Rasteau, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, and even Beaumes-de-Venise and Tavel. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and brought to the winery. Here, they are rigorously selected and pneumatically pressed, after which the juice rests for 12 hours. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with wild yeasts then takes place. Malolactic fermentation and aging on the lees follow. This takes place in premium oak barriques, 50 percent new and 50 percent one-year-old. After 12 months, the wine is fined, filtered, and bottled. The smell and taste of Les Sinards Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc
The white Châteauneuf du Pape is a golden yellow in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of citrus, pineapple, wildflowers, honey, and anise. The palate reveals notes of lemon, mandarin, Turkish delight, and vanilla. This flavor carries through to the lively finish with pleasant acidity. This white wine is perfectly balanced and pairs well with fish dishes, roasted chicken or turkey, and refined Asian dishes.Product details
