This red Enate wine is made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at the foot of the mountains. The vineyard is mature, having existed for almost thirty years, which directly impacts the quality. The old vines produce full bunches that are harvested entirely by hand. Each one is inspected for imperfections. Because the vineyard is situated at an altitude of 650 meters, the climate is perfect for the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Plenty of coolness and ample sunshine contribute to the development of this Enate Reserva. But it truly develops its power after pressing, when this red Enate Reserva is aged in oak for a full twelve months. This is followed by bottle aging in the Enate cellars. Only when the wine has fully matured are the bottles sold. And yes, sometimes a vintage is skipped if the quality is insufficient.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy this full-bodied, powerful wine. We recommend opening this wine an hour beforehand to allow the Enate Reserva to breathe. This will allow all its beautiful aromas to slowly unfold, as it's a true celebration. The dark juice develops and reveals a wealth of impressions. The aroma offers a true sensation of black fruit like blackberry and cherry, along with abundant spice, vanilla, oak, and a hint of truffle. The palate is full and complex with refined tannins, abundant black fruit, and a wealth of cinnamon, mint, vanilla, oak, chocolate, bay leaf, and much more! Take your time with this Enate Reserva, as there's so much to discover!
