Thanks to the success of the El Castilla Syrah, the winery decided to also produce a white version. And we are still grateful to this beautiful Spanish winery for this. This Viura Chardonnay is an excellent wine full of elegance. We were pleasantly surprised when we first tasted El Castilla Viura Chardonnay. What amazing quality; a quality we hadn't anticipated considering the price. Wonderfully fruity and round with tropical fruits.

Beautiful Spanish white wine from El Castilla

This white wine from Spain is an ideal blend of two top grapes. First, the well-known Chardonnay, an international all-rounder guaranteed to be a hit. Second, the indigenous Viura grape is used, a grape characterized by mild wines with a subtle spice note. An excellent combination that only the winemakers of El Castilla can blend so beautifully. El Castilla Viura Chardonnay is the perfect wine to pair with fish or seafood paella. Its salty flavor pairs exceptionally well with the Chardonnay and Viura. It's no wonder the Spanish themselves are so crazy about this homegrown gem.
