Mezzacorona, the Italian winery of Trentino winemakers near the Dolomites, is a jewel in the crown of winemaking. White wines, red wines, Gewürztraminer, and many indigenous varieties flourish in the cooperative members' well-maintained vineyards. They focus on sustainability, avoiding pesticides, manual work in the vineyards and during harvest, and the preservation of the natural habitats of flora and fauna around and in the vineyards.

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, followed by traditional vinification. The wine is aged for 24 months, 12 of which are in oak barrels. The indigenous South Tyrolean grape variety, Teroldego, offers a unique taste experience: the Castel Firmian Teroldego Rotaliano offers a versatile bouquet dominated by notes of forest fruits. This Italian red wine, aged in oak barrels, is well-structured on the palate, with pleasant tannins. This ruby-red wine with violet highlights is an excellent choice with hearty dishes such as roast or grilled meats and aged cheeses.
