This beautiful winery, Heaven, is nestled in the dreamlike world of the Western Cape wine region. The surroundings are stunning, with abundant nature and abundant springs creating a picturesque landscape. Because of its stunning scenery, this area has been known as "Heaven" for years. But that's not all, because the beauty lies partly in the bottle. Over the years, Heaven has invested heavily in a completely new winery and in planting new vineyards. This is clearly reflected in the pure and consistent quality of this white wine.

To achieve a top-quality Chenin Blanc grape harvest, several factors are crucial. The vines must be planted on mature soils rich in lime and clay, allowing the roots to develop easily. A climate with abundant sunshine and cool winds is essential. All of this can be found in the Heaven vineyards. The Chenin Blanc harvested is of unparalleled quality, providing the winemaker with a wine that is perfectly rounded. Harvesting takes place early in the morning to protect the Chenin Blanc grapes during transport to Heaven. Once the bunches arrive, they are laid out on sorting tables, and only the finest are bottled.

This Heaven Chenin Blanc has purity and refreshment

The result is a true masterpiece, with a rich aroma of citrus peel, green apple, grapefruit, and a touch of green herbs like mint. The palate is heavenly, with beautiful acidity on the palate, complemented by fresh notes of citrus and Granny Smith apple. Later, as this Heaven Chenin Blanc rolls around in the mouth, it reveals nuances of grapefruit, peach, and gooseberry. The finish is wonderfully fresh and has excellent length.
