From vineyard to bottle

The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

La Grange Classique Rouge, a beautiful embodiment of Château La Grange's long tradition and progressive approach in the Languedoc, honors two hundred years of craftsmanship and love of nature. It boasts a rich and full flavor unique to Languedoc-Roussillon wines. A perfect blend of Carignan and Syrah grapes.

Since its founding by the Sabatier family, La Grange has been known for its wines that capture the soul of the land. When the Freund family took over in 2008, a new era of innovation began. This red wine, made with respect for nature and sustainable viticulture practices, demonstrates the harmonious collaboration between the vineyard and the environment. The grapes, carefully selected from clay soils enriched by grazing cattle and the diversity of nature, are gently pressed and fermented at precisely the right temperatures. This allows each bottle of La Grange Classique Rouge to preserve the full, ripe flavors of the grapes, resulting in a robust and long-lasting wine with minimal added sulfites. The Classique Rouge captivates with a rich palette of flavors and aromas that perfectly capture the character of the Languedoc. You'll taste the freshness of wild strawberries, the crispness of red apple, and a hint of peppery spice. This wine begins sweetly and evolves into juicy strawberries, with a fruity and smooth finish. This makes the Classique Rouge not only refreshing and enjoyable to drink, but also versatile enough to pair with a wide range of dishes, from elegant dinners to informal gatherings.

La Grange Classique Rouge goes beyond just wine; it celebrates life, nature, and the strong bond between man and land. With every sip of this beautiful red wine, you'll taste La Grange's commitment to quality, sustainability, and sharing joy. Perfect for any occasion, Classique Rouge invites you to savor life's simple pleasures, embraced by the rich history and promise of Château La Grange. With its pure and ripe character, this wine is a true favorite.
