Biscardo Amarone: The Artistic Vinification Process

Biscardo Amarone's complex character is shaped by a traditional blend of grapes, carefully grown at altitudes up to 400 meters. The late evening harvest, carried out under the protective blanket of cool temperatures, safeguards the integrity of each grape. These carefully hand-picked grapes are then gently placed in wooden crates to preserve their purity. In Biscardo's unique drying rooms, the juice is concentrated, giving Biscardo Amarone its characteristic depth. After an extensive fermentation process, during which the grape skins come into close contact with the must, Biscardo Amarone matures to perfection in a mix of stainless steel and wooden barrels.
