The Rioja Raiza Crianza is produced in the Rioja Baja, the easternmost part of the Rioja DOC. Rioja is and will always be one of the most highly regarded wine regions in the world. This is because it's an area where everything comes together when it comes to quality wine. The region is ideally situated between two mountain ranges, and the temperature is neither too hot during the day nor too cold at night thanks to the influence of the Bay of Biscay.

Raiza Crianza is from the Vicente Gandia winery

Raiza is the name of the Rioja from the Vicente Gandia winery. The Tempranillo grapes for this wine are harvested manually and carefully in the second half of September. This guarantees that only the highest quality grapes are used. The winemaking process takes place under constant supervision in stainless steel vats at 26 degrees Celsius, ensuring that the grape's fruity character is preserved. This is followed by aging in American and French oak barrels for twelve months, and finally, bottle aging for six months. After a total of eighteen months, this Crianza is released. For quality Spanish wine, Bodega Vicente Gandia is the place to be. This is the largest winery in the Valencia region. Vicente Gandia is certainly not a new bodega, but it is an innovative winery where each generation sees opportunities to improve the quality of its wines. Year after year, the wines are reliable, accessible, and easy to drink, always offering exceptional value.
