Matadiablos Casa Lebai is a red wine that embodies the essence of Ribera del Duero, produced by the renowned Casa Lebai winery. What makes this wine exceptional is not only its quality but also its exclusivity: only 42 bottles are available in the Netherlands, making it a unique and rare treat for true wine lovers.
This special wine is made from 100% Tinto Fino grapes, also known as Tempranillo. The grapes come from a 30-year-old vineyard located on a gently sloping northern clay slope in the Aguachar region. The vineyard was established in 1997 by Asier and Rodrigo's grandfather and is known for its traditional winemaking techniques.
What further distinguishes Matadiablos Casa Lebai is its organic production process. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the purity and freshness of the fruity aromas. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, which contributes to the complexity and balance of the flavors and aromas.
