This red Care wine is often compared to a work of art from Spain. Because, according to the Añadas family, making wine is a work of art. That's why artist Enrique Torrijos created a unique label for each wine. The label allows you to trace certain feelings and flavors of the wine. It all began in 1932 when the family founded the winery in Cariñena, a historic area in the Spanish region of Aragon. The name Care is derived from the Romans, who used to call Cariñena Care. Over the years, significant investments have been made, and today it is a state-of-the-art facility.

This Care Crianza is one of Bodega Añadas' most famous red wines. It's made primarily with Temrpanillo grapes, supplemented with some Merlot. The old vines are up to forty years old and produce a full and powerful harvest. Because the vineyard is situated at an altitude of 450 meters, the balance between the warmth of the sun and the cool breeze is perfectly balanced. When the grapes are ripe, they are brought in early in the morning in small crates. During harvest, the bunches are inspected, and only the finest are used in this red Care wine. After pressing, the winemaker determines the blend, creating a masterpiece each year. This is followed by a long oak aging period of up to twelve months, allowing the wine to truly shine.

The fun begins the moment you open this artful bottle. As soon as the cap is off, aromas of red and black fruit are revealed. Pouring it, we're certain. A wine with character, as we see a dark color with purple hues. A pure, intense nose reveals aromas of ripe red and black fruit, spices, and minerals. The palate is rich and powerful, releasing aromas of fruit and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering, characterized by fruity notes.
