This beautiful winery, Enate, was founded in 1992 in the northern part of Spain, Somontano. There, the Enate family built a magnificent winery to produce exquisite wines. While their love for Spanish winemaking is immense, the family is also inspired by modern art. Therefore, they built not only a magnificent winery but also a museum showcasing the finest modern artworks. Enate believes there are many similarities between wine and canvas; both are pure art created with pure love. Therefore, every bottle of Enate wine features an artistic image that reflects the wine. Wood aging for the Enate Reserva

This red Enate wine is made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at the foot of the mountains. The vineyard is mature, having existed for almost thirty years, which directly impacts the quality. The old vines produce full bunches that are harvested entirely by hand. Each one is inspected for imperfections. Because the vineyard is situated at an altitude of 650 meters, the climate is perfect for the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Plenty of coolness and ample sunshine contribute to the development of this Enate Reserva. But it truly develops its power after pressing, when this red Enate Reserva is aged in oak for a full twelve months. This is followed by bottle aging in the Enate cellars. Only when the wine has fully matured are the bottles sold. And yes, sometimes a vintage is skipped if the quality is insufficient.
