From vineyard to bottle

The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

When you think of Tommasi, you think of Amarone. This phenomenal winery has been renowned for over 100 years for its exquisite wines, which impress wine lovers internationally. This Tommasi Amarone, in particular, is a true masterpiece. A classic Italian wine that truly impresses. It's no surprise that Tommasi's Amarone often tops the wine lists of Michelin-starred restaurants. Classic, flavorful, perfect!

The production method for this Tommasi Amarone is incredibly strict. Only the very best are considered for Amarone. After harvest, the grapes are hung in bunches on small racks in open buildings, sometimes right in the middle of the vineyards. After a few months, the grapes are dried, sometimes losing more than 50 percent of their weight. This makes the grapes incredibly concentrated! After vinification, the Tommasi Amarone is aged for an impressive three years in Slovenian oak barrels in Tommasi's cellars. A highly complex process that takes time. But you know what they say: the long wait is the reward!

Let the great Italian party begin. Because it's guaranteed to be a party when you open a bottle of Tommasi Amarone. A complete glass of wine, from the first drop to the last sip. The aroma is intense and ripe. A warm, sultry scent greets your nose. Red fruit, herbs, and ripe plums. A delight for the nose. We're getting thirsty. Take a sip and be amazed. A tsunami of softness and fullness rolls over your tongue. We can't get enough. You taste notes of red cherries, nuts, and plums. Tommasi Amarone is truly the jewel in the crown of this magnificent winery from northern Italy.
