Yarden combines modern insights with traditional winemaking methods. The Syrah grapes are carefully hand-picked, selecting only the finest. After pressing, the wine matures for 18 months in oak barrels in Yarden's cellars. It then rests in the bottle for at least another six months. The result? A masterpiece.
