The journey of the Gayda winery, home of our beloved Gayda T'Air D'Oc Sauvignon Blanc, began in 2004. Driven by their shared passion, Tim Ford and Anthony Record joined forces with visionary winemaker Vincent Chansault. Their love of traditional wines and their drive for innovation have resulted in a unique collection of wines. With 30 hectares of vineyards spread across the Languedoc, Gayda benefits from a diverse range of soils—from chalk to granite, slate to sandstone. A growing commitment to organic viticulture has made them leaders in sustainable wine production, with several lines already certified organic. The Gayda T'Air D'Oc Sauvignon Blanc is a direct reflection of their commitment to quality and their unwavering dedication to excellence—a fact underscored by the numerous awards they have garnered over the years.
