The vineyards of Gayda

Gayda is located just a stone's throw from the historic city of Carcassonne. Here, she has planted several vineyards. In addition to common grape varieties like Chardonnay and Syrah, Gayda specializes in exuberant grape varieties, such as the powerful Mourvedre and the delicate Viognier. Some of her vines are organically managed. The goal is to produce all of Gayda's wines organically as soon as possible. The yield from the vineyards is exceptionally low, but this is kept low to maximise quality.

Leading in Languedoc wines

In a short time, Gayda became a top winery in the Languedoc. No other winery has achieved so much in such a short time. It all started with winemaker Vincent Chansault. He trained at the illustrious Boekenhoutskloof in South Africa. He applies the knowledge he gained there to Gayda's wines. As a result, the quality has proven to be sky-high.

Gayda offers a diverse range of wines. How about the Gayda Flying Solo wines? These wines are considered Gayda's entry-level wines, but given their quality, we're eagerly awaiting the rest.
