The process is delicate and complex. But it's more than worth it! Tommasi's vineyards are situated in the finest locations in the Veneto region. A perfect climate and a perfect terroir. Harvesting is done by hand, because only the very best is good enough for Tommasi Amarone MAGNUM. A rigorous selection process precedes this. After harvesting, the bunches are hung on racks to dry. Only in February, when the grapes are sometimes 50% smaller, are they pressed. The result is an incredibly concentrated wine you'll never forget.
