The family business, founded together with his sons Constantino and Antonio, began as a modest restaurant serving local wines. Over time, their love and expertise for wine evolved into a professional winery. Today, Pirovano produces not only wine but also high-quality spumanti under the name Casa Coller. Their wines, such as the Salento Rosso Appassimento, tell a story of tradition, innovation, and passion.
