The king's wine of Château Roubine, this white Lion & Dragon! And that's putting it mildly: fullness and power with great finesse are the best ways to describe this wine. It's made from Semillon and Grenache grapes from the finest vineyards, which aren't particularly large, as only a few thousand bottles can be produced annually.

The quality wines of Chateau Roubine

Located in the heart of Provence, between the communes of Lorgues and Draguignan, Château Roubine covers 130 hectares, with 72 hectares of vineyards. It is one of the oldest wine estates in France, founded in 1307. The estate is managed by Valerie Roussel. The Château Roubine vineyard, part of the Côtes de Provence appellation, lies on clay-limestone soil and boasts 13 different grape varieties, including Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah. This cuvée is a reflection of the soil and the winery's expertise. The finest plots and the most interesting grape varieties are carefully selected to produce a truly high-quality wine. With great respect for nature, Château Roubine produces wines full of character, purity, and character, following the principles of Agriculture Raisonnée. The harvest is entirely hand-picked, and the grapes are carefully selected. The grapes are then destemmed, followed by direct pressing and low-temperature fermentation in French oak barrels. Finally, the wine is aged on its lees in wooden barrels. The aging period lasts approximately eight months in the cellars of Château Roubine.

The powerful white wine Lion & Dragon Blanc

The result is a full-bodied, powerful white wine with a lemon-yellow color. Strongly lemony with a slight fat content, it is characterized by pleasant anise flavors. This white wine opens with juicy notes of pear, candied lemon, and a mineral touch. On the palate, it displays ample volume with a lively and savory balance. A brilliant minty finish is characterized by beautiful aromas of ripe white fruit.
