This delightfully fresh cava with elegant bubbles is made using traditional methods, also known as "champenoise." The Macabeo and Chardonnay grape varieties are blended. Once blended, the bottles are held horizontally at a constant temperature of fifteen degrees Celsius. This allows for a second fermentation, with yeast running along the length of the bottle.

Since 1885, the Hoya de Cadenas winery has had its vineyards located a hundred kilometers west of Valencia. This land encompasses two hundred hectares of the finest local and international grape varieties. The climate here is optimal, with excellent daytime and nighttime temperature variations. The grapes benefit from this microclimate, resulting in a fantastic aroma.
