Wolfberger is structured as a cooperative, meaning several local winegrowers join forces to create successful wines. The cooperative now boasts no fewer than 800 local winegrowers. This not only gives Wolfberger extensive expertise but also allows it to cultivate a large number of grape bunches. This allows the winemakers to select only the finest and best bunches for their successful wines.
