This wine is a proud offspring of Vinovalie, a partnership between four leading wineries in southwestern France. Together, they have joined forces to elevate the quality of their wines to unprecedented heights. Tarani was one of the first leading brands to emerge at the beginning of this collaboration, and since 2006, wine lovers worldwide have been able to enjoy the unique taste sensations Tarani has to offer. Tarani's vast vineyards are located in the Comté Tolosan region, which surrounds the picturesque city of Toulouse in the south of France. This region, crisscrossed by the Tarn and Garonne rivers, boasts a long, centuries-long history of viticulture. The soil, a blend of sand, clay, and rich river deposits, creates an ideal breeding ground for grapes of exceptional quality. The grapes thrive in vineyards that benefit from a perfect climate: abundant sunlight during the day and a refreshing coolness at night. This allows the grapes to ripen optimally and develop their characteristic qualities. The vinification of Tarani Sauvignon

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are carefully harvested, followed by a rigorous selection process. This is followed by a short maceration of the skins before the grapes can be pressed. The juice ferments at a low temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. This is followed by aging in stainless steel vats. The result is a lime-yellow white wine that sparkles beautifully in the glass. It has fresh aromas of citrus and exotic fruit. The flavor is superbly balanced, with just the right amount of freshness, but also strength and crisp acidity. It finishes with a full, lively finish.
