In the beautiful and especially warm wine region of Valencia, the Sierra Salinas vineyards are planted with the Macabeo grape. Specifically, the vineyards are located in Utiel Requena, one of the oldest vineyards in Spain. The winemaker at Sierra Salinas has found a perfect spot for the Macabeo grape: high on the mountain, where the climate is abundant, it thrives. Over the years, significant investment in the vineyards has resulted in a powerful and full harvest. The winery is proud of this, as the wine is beloved throughout the region.

The Macabeo grapes get everything they need: plenty of sunshine and warmth, but also plenty of coolness. This coolness comes from the wind, which always cools the bunches. The falling nighttime temperature provides plenty of rest and refreshment for the bunches. This allows the Macabeo grapes to retain their freshness, which is evident in the flavor of this white wine. When the harvest is ripe, they are harvested at night to prevent oxidation and bruising during transport. Upon arrival at Sierra Salinas, the grapes are thoroughly inspected, and only the finest are used in this beautiful white wine.

It's a vibrant white wine whose aromas are already noticeable upon opening the bottle. It explodes, revealing hints of green apple, citrus, and a touch of passion fruit. Pouring reveals a bright yellow color with a green shimmer. Beautiful aromas of apple, pear, lime, grapefruit, and gooseberry quickly follow. The thirst-quenching flavor is characteristic of the Macabeo grape, offering nuances of green apple with a hint of mint. The finish is ripe and fresh.
