Winemaker Laurent Miquel uses Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard, and Grenache grapes. All come from a vineyard in the Languedoc, where abundant sunshine and a fresh breeze create a superb climate. This white wine is a blend of 70 percent Sauvignon Blanc, 20 percent Colombard, and 10 percent Grenache.

Laurent Miquel strongly believes in the involvement of local and international specialists in various areas, such as irrigation, plant nutrition, and soil analysis. Laurent Miquel does not believe in excessive intervention in these aspects. For him, it is primarily a matter of good vines and a good terroir; low yields, hard work in the vineyard year-round, and respect for the soil.
