The old vineyard of San Marzano

San Marzano Tratturi Rosé is made from the Negroamaro grape. The San Marzano vineyards are located in Salento, the southern part of the Italian wine region of Puglia. The grapes grow at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level, which allows them to cool down and develop more flavor. During fermentation, the skins are removed after a short time, but the Negroamaro grape releases a significant amount of color. This makes the color slightly darker than other rosés, but this does not affect the flavor. San Marzano Tratturi Rosé is elegant, refined, smooth, and above all, incredibly delicious.
