The vineyards for this Shiraz Reserve Collection are located in the Franschhoek region, where the climate is perfect for this red wine. The afternoon sun always shines beautifully, allowing the harvest to ripen easily. The fresh ocean breeze and cool nights give the harvest a restful harvest and ensure the Shiraz grapes ripen evenly and peacefully. After the harvest, which always begins in the morning, this Shiraz is aged in oak. French oak barrels are chosen, making this red wine fuller and more powerful.
