A highly acclaimed wine celebrating McPherson's 50th anniversary. This wine is named after granddaughter Aimee, who plants a flower garden in front of her childhood home early each year. As a result, the family enjoys the beautiful aromas and colors of Aimee's flowers in full bloom every year. 'Aimee's Garden' was therefore the inspiration for this fresh and fragrant Moscato.

The McPherson family business

Andrew McPherson began his career in the wine industry in 1960. After initially gaining experience at a nearby winery, he and his father founded McPherson Winery in 1968. The vineyards are located in Southern Australia, in Central Victoria and Murray Darling. They focus on popular varietals such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Shiraz. Thanks to their passion and experience, the wines quickly gained international acclaim. Today, the winery is still family-owned. The wines are all named after family members, with each wine reflecting the family member. The Grenache grapes are harvested from a select vineyard in the Swan Hill region of Victoria. Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes are crushed, pressed, and cold-settled. The goal is to achieve a smooth wine. Fermentation takes place at very low temperatures and lasts approximately 10 days. To ensure a perfect balance of sugar and alcohol, the wine is measured daily during fermentation.

The floral aromas of Grenache Rose

The result is a cotton candy-colored Grenache Rosé, with delightful floral aromas and distinct notes of strawberry and rose petals. A fresh and fruity Rosé that's easy to drink thanks to its low alcohol content. Ideal for a Sunday afternoon relaxing in the sun. Also delicious with a spicy curry or Thai salad.
