L'Uetta is Puglian for "little grape" and refers to the sun. You'll immediately feel a longing for summer. This L'Uetta Fiano comes from Puglia and is made from Fiano, an Italian white grape variety grown primarily in Campania, a region in southern Italy, and Sicily. After careful selection, the grapes are gently pressed. This is followed by fermentation at a low temperature and finally, aging in steel tanks.
