This classic white wine is made from 100% Greco Bianco grapes. A white grape perfectly suited to warm climates like those in Italy, it also retains a surprising freshness. The chalky clay soil, with its excellent balance of minerals and nutrients, allows for perfect aging. Once ripe, the grapes are hand-harvested and then fermented at a low temperature.
This Ciro white from Librandi is a unique white wine with aromas of flowers, apricot, peach, banana, and other exotic fruits. The flavor of this white Ciro is juicy and very fruity with a nice dose of freshness, ripe and mild, with a perfectly smooth finish. You can enjoy it on its own, of course, but it pairs wonderfully with asparagus, grilled fish, and pasta with light sauces.
