The vineyards are located relatively close to the Mediterranean Sea. Nestled amidst a lush vegetation landscape where cypresses and olive trees define the horizon, lie the beautiful vineyards of Les Gites. Approximately 150 hectares are dominated by Chardonnay and Vermentino. The vines are also just a stone's throw from the extinct volcano Roque Haute. The terroir has a robust character, which in turn influences the palette of Les Gites Cuvée Particuliere White.
This white wine from Les Gites is made with two grape varieties. First, the renowned Chardonnay, a grape that's making waves worldwide. The delicate Vermentino also plays a role. The aroma and flavor of Les Gites Cuvée Particuliere White offer plenty to discover. Soft white flowers and flavorful apples. But also a touch of yellow fruit and fresh citrus is clearly discernible on the palate. An ideal wine to recall that wonderful holiday in the south of France.
