The band Men At Work was already singing about the beautiful country in the 1980s: Down Under! Australia, especially at the beginning of the last century, held an enormous appeal for many Europeans. The passionate Italian Domenico Calabria also took the plunge. In 1927, he decided to leave the authentic south of Italy behind and emigrate to Australia. He was joined there by his son in 1929, and his wife Elisabetta joined him in 1934. After saving considerably, they were able to establish the magnificent winery Calabria Family Wines & Sons in 1945, located in New South Wales, about 500 kilometers inland from Sydney.

After the winery's founding, it wasn't long before the second generation joined the family. In 1966, it was the next generation's turn: Bill, Francesco's son. He had a knack for winemaking, and together with his brother Tony, they gradually expanded the winery. Gradually, the wines of Calabria Family Wines became a popular guest in Australia. This is largely thanks to Bill, who significantly expanded the winery, particularly in the 1990s. Now, the next generation is ready to start making wine.

It is a soft wine with a surprisingly gentle flavor. Fresh pineapple, pure mango, and a hint of nectarine.
