The sparkling wines under the Fili name come from the magnificent Sacchetto winery. The founder's son, Filiberto Sacchetto, was responsible for making Sacchetto's wines widely known. The wines of Sacchetto

Since the winery's founding in 1920—meaning it has existed for over a century—three generations of men have championed Sacchetto's exceptionally impressive wines. After founder Sisto, it was primarily Filiberto Sacchetto who accelerated Sacchetto's development in the 1980s. In the preceding years, the winery was more of a trading house, with little to no production of its own. With the arrival of its own production facility, Sacchetto wines began appearing on many kitchen tables. The third generation, Paolo Sacchetto, is currently continuing the work of his father and grandfather.
