Although Tasmania produces very few wines, it boasts an ideal climate for grapes. The climate is comparable to that of northern and central France. In this temperate climate, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are primarily grown, two grape varieties that thrive in the Dalrymple vineyards. At Dalrymple, the motto is: the glass is half full.
