Curatolo Arini's crisp white wine is made from the local Catarratto grape, creating an aromatic and floral wine. The beautiful vineyards of this lovely winery are located in the ever-sunny Italian countryside, a country that literally breathes wine. Founder Vito began his winemaking career by cultivating white Marsala grapes. Later, he also added red grape varieties. But the foundation has certainly been laid with this Catarratto. A high-quality wine where exotic fruit is pleasantly dominant.

Italian wines from Curatolo Arini

The Cutatolo Arini winery is considered one of the largest producers in Marsala. Around 1860, as Italy's economy boomed, Vito Curatolo Arini commissioned the construction of a winery for his vineyards. At the time, he supplied his grapes to cooperatives. Today, Vito's dream is kept alive by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who manage the business together with his children, where they work with great respect for each other and the environment. They partnered with wine expert Alberto Antonini, who connected them with the best restaurants and wine shops. The Catarratto grape comes from vineyards around the villages of Vita and Salemi in western Sicily. At an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, the vines are deeply rooted in a soil of sand and clay. At optimal ripeness, the grapes are carefully harvested by hand. After destemming, a short, cold maceration of 12 hours follows. The grapes are then gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After the careful vinification process, in which every detail is meticulously monitored, it's time to enjoy this refreshing Paccamora Catarratto.

Enjoy the floral Catarratto

With its lemon-yellow color and greenish hues, it's a visual delight. Exotic fruit bursts from the glass, complemented by white flowers and Provençal herbs. It's an elegant wine with a fresh minerality and fruity notes.
