Coravin Sparkling is a sparkling wine preservation system that allows you to enjoy Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, and other bubbly drinks by the glass. After opening, you seal the bottle with the Sparkling Stopper and repressurize it with CO₂. This keeps the taste, freshness, and bubbles preserved for at least 4 weeks.
This system is especially useful when you don't want to finish an entire bottle of sparkling wine at once. You can pour one or more glasses, store the rest of the bottle, and drink from it again later without losing the fizz quickly.
You open the bottle of sparkling wine as you normally would and pour the desired number of glasses. Then, you seal the bottle with the Sparkling Stopper and use the Coravin Sparkling charger to add CO₂.
Step 1: Open the bottle and pour the desired amount of sparkling wine.
Step 2: Place the Sparkling Stopper on the bottle and press the handle down firmly.
Step 3: Place the charger on the stopper and repressurize the bottle with CO₂.
Step 4: Keep the bottle in a cool place until your next glass.

For standard sparkling wine bottles: The Sparkling Stopper fits most standard sparkling wine bottles.
CO₂ capsules required: The system works with Coravin Pure Sparkling CO₂ capsules. One capsule is good for about 7 standard 750 ml bottles of sparkling wine.
Not for still wine: Use a Coravin Timeless or Pivot system for still wines.
