Description
This Demi Sec Champagne is a blend of the finest Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes. A light and elegant wine from the renowned Champagne house Ernest Rapeneau.
The high quality of Ernest Rapeneau
Ernest Rapeneau's adventure began in 1901 in the French village of Hautvilliers. He founded the eponymous winery. It wasn't until 1927 that he began to specialize entirely in champagne. Besides being a tremendous businessman, he also had a deep passion for Champagne wines. And perhaps that was the beginning of his success. His love and passion for champagne have led to much success in the years that followed. After 50 years of hard work and the reputation he built, it was time to retire. His two sons took over the company, and today the third and fourth generations are at the helm. It's a true family business, with each family member given the opportunity to carve out their own niche within the company. They hold fast to tradition, but also allow room for improvement where necessary. This ensures the 10,000 square meters of wine cellar remain a valuable asset for the next generation. Each of the champagnes is elegant, thanks in part to the unparalleled craftsmanship of this historic champagne house. The knowledge and expertise are passed down from generation to generation. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at peak ripeness. The vinification process is traditional, and the champagne is given the rest it needs to achieve high quality. What does Champagne Ernest Rapeneau Demi Sec taste like?
The Demi Sec is a pleasant champagne with a light yellow color in the glass. Its beautiful bubbles dance in the glass. The nose offers aromas of tropical fruit, ripe apple, and a fresh floral note. The wine is fresh, beautifully balanced, and exceptionally friendly. Ideal with ice cream, cake, and other desserts.Product details
