Vineyards and region – freshness from the foothills of the Dolomites

The grapes are sourced from vineyards across Veneto, where the interplay of sunny days and cool nights creates aromas with tension and vibrancy. The Raboso grape, in particular, benefits from the elevation changes here, resulting in fresh acidity and expressive fruit.

Vinification and maturation – Charmat method with finesse

After gentle crushing and pressing, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation in closed tanks using the Charmat method. This process retains the natural carbon dioxide, resulting in a fine mousse. The wine then rests on lees for several weeks for added softness and structure, after which it is bottled under pressure.

Raboso, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco.

Tasting notes

Light rosé in color with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of floral notes. The mousse is elegant and smooth. The palate combines fresh red fruit with invigorating acidity and a dry, lively finish.
